See Our Production Process

Every good work starting with process, Here at Issajimu Import and Export Company Limited we are so excited for the relevant. Because our production process assures us to complete all our projects in time to reach our clients needs on demand .

1.PRODUCTS REQUISITIONS

When the production manager gives a job order, supervisors Falling and collect all logs needed from the forest. The Job Order is the list of items for production which includes the ,cutting Machine, labor, cost and estimated material cost.

2.PRODUCTS PREPARATION

After Falling and collection of logs, it is then prepared for production. Collection of logs includes, Labors and Transportation to the factory

3.SAWING DEPARTMENT

Sawing department passes the collected logs to the Sawing department, which does the semi-completion of items. Sawing the logs according to sizes required for each items as per customer’s order. A Sawn timber is the final product

4.FINISHING

Finishing means giving the item the “final touch”.

The Quality Control Personnel ensures that items are made at its best before it is shipped.

5.LOADING

When orders are completed, items are loaded in a container ready for shipment

WHERE TO EXPORT

We export to Japan, England, China, America, Australia, India & Etc.
